This entails academic, industrial and societal impact. All three categories will be rated and weighted equally. Please concisely describe the nominee’s most important contributions to the drug delivery field as a whole. This can include achievements in identifying novel delivery targets and strategies, pioneering of new therapeutic concepts, contributing to technology and product development, promoting progress in clinical translation and market entry, demonstrating leadership and entrepreneurial skills, shaping industrial involvement, and ensuring public awareness.
 
Various types of involvement can be considered. These e.g. encompass engagement in a Local Chapter or Focus Group, contributions to activities of the Young Scientists Committee, and/or participation in committees and in subgroups, such as the Industry Advisory or Foresight Councils, or the Women in Science group. Also more indirect contributions, such as publishing in or reviewing for CRS journals, or attending and presenting at the CRS annual meetings, can be included.
Describe contributions of the nominee to EDI.  This can include outreach, promoting inclusivity, increasing access to resources, implementing equitable practices, EDI advocacy. Activities that support individuals from groups  underrepresented in STEM based on race, ethnicity, gender, disability status, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, religion, or other factors are of particular interest.
This section is meant to enable nominators to convey additional noteworthy information on the candidate to the committee. This may include personal (e.g. on background, health issues, family situation) as well as professional (involvement in other societies, mentoring, career moves, breaks, etc.).
