The CRS Italy Local Chapter was established in 2007 with the objective of gathering together delivery scientists and professionals operating in Italy with an interest in the delivery and controlled release of active substances for the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, veterinary, agricultural and food industry. The chapter organizes diverse initiatives that focus on fostering scientific discussions, promoting collaboration between academia and industry, and sharing new trends in the field of controlled release for various applications. We also supports the development of leadership skills through the young scientist team.
Today, the CRS Italy Local Chapter actively involves over 200 members with expertise in drug delivery, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy, biotechnology, medicinal chemistry, bioengineering, and biomedical sciences.”
