Postdoctoral Research Officer
Amy is a Postdoctoral research officer at the Children’s Cancer Institute, Australia. Having recently completed her PhD in November 2023 under the supervision of Professor Maria Kavallaris, Amy has continued working with Maria on the development of targeted liposomal nanoparticles to deliver RNA therapeutics to solid tumours, including the pediatric cancer neuroblastoma. A chemical engineer by training, she enjoys problem solving and investigating the impact of different nanoparticle formulations on nanoparticle delivery efficiency. Outside of the lab, Amy enjoys cooking, watching sport, and going for walks along Sydney’s coastline with family and friends.
