Anjan Motamarry joined CRS in 2017. He obtained his masters in biochemistry from the University of Madras (India) and is pursuing Ph.D. in Haemmerich laboratory at the Medical University of South Carolina, USA. He is currently working on reducing off-target effects caused by chemotherapy by targeted delivery of chemotherapeutic drugs to tumors. He intends to develop low-cost drugs and diagnostics and work as a consultant to both academia and the industry. Apart from research, he likes to travel widely and is an amateur numismatist
