Dr. Bowen Li earned his Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the University of Washington-Seattle and is currently a Postdoctoral Fellow in the David H. Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at MIT, working with Profs. Robert S. Langer and Daniel G. Anderson. He is developing next-generation biocompatible materials and novel delivery systems for biotherapeutics including proteins and genes. He has broad research interests spanning from biomaterials, drug delivery, immunoengineering to high-throughput nanotechnologies and big data. Bowen is thrilled to be invited as an Ambassador of the Young Scientist Committee and would like to contribute to the growing community of Controlled Release Society. Out of science, he enjoys classical music, travelling, reading, and doing sports.
