Xiaohan Sun obtained her Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutics at China Pharmaceutical University and a master’s degree in Drug Delivery at Aston University and is currently a 3rd PhD candidature at Monash University under the supervision of Professor Ben Boyd. Her research interest is using magnetically-responsive drug delivery systems to improve the current treatment of macular degeneration. Apart from studies, she is also a member of Chinese Association of Professionals and Scholars in Australia, organising events that promote the research and life of international young researchers. She enjoys her own time by travelling, cooking, and Aerial Yoga, etc. Xiaohan is glad to join the YSC to contribute to the growing science community and meet people in the field from all over the world.
